Ʀesort 2013 Outfits & Λccessories

This year’s resorts were truly extravagant! From Louis Vuitton’s light colored, yet eye-catching styles, to Stella McCartney’s unique and experimental looks! The various textures that were used were astonishing and innovative, great for fashionistas.

The Style Saviour’s favorite looks:

Louis Vuitton Resort 2013

The DIA’s old space in Chelsea hosted the Louis Vuitton Resort 2013, June 14th. Julie de Libran, Louis Vuitton’s women’s designer presented her amazing new combinations to the public, who gave an immediate positive reaction. I absolutely adore the new spin Louis Vuitton’s clothes took this season! The colors are remarkable! I suggest you wear light colors this season, but don’t forget to add something special to your look, for example a noteworthy necklace or unusual shoes, just like the ones the models are wearing.

Hervé Léger Resort 2013

I was amazed by Hervé Léger’s Resort 2013, which took place in New York, June 4th. For this season, Max and Lubov Azria chose eye-catching styles and bold colors such as orange, pink, and blue to improve their collection. I think the dresses’ and swimsuits’ cuts and shapes were stunning and original! I definitely recommend any of the beautiful dresses and swimsuits in this year’s collection!

I found Stella McCartney’s Resort 2013 collection to be extremely inspiring and staggering. What I was the most fond of were the textures that were used and how they were matched with bright, neon colors. I love how the brand dared to mix a dark grey leopard texture, with bright neon yellow! The gorgeous bag on the very top of the yellow stairs is my personal favorite, and it is also sold in neon pink, instead of neon yellow. I suggest you experiment with similar textures this season, and I guarantee you will have created a striking look.
